1. About Sunno
Sunno is an emotional listening service operated by Shriya Thondamuthur at www.sunno.co.in. We provide private, one-on-one listening sessions with a trained human listener. Sunno is not a medical, therapeutic, or counselling service of any kind.
2. Not a Medical or Therapy Service
Sunno is NOT a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, counselling, psychiatry, or any clinical care. Sunno's listener is NOT a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker, or medical professional.
Sessions on Sunno do not constitute therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical intervention under any Indian or international standard or law.

3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use Sunno.
- You must provide accurate information when booking.
- You must be located in India or accessing the service for use within India.
4. Booking and Payment
- Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our website.
- Payment is accepted via UPI or card. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Your booking is confirmed only after payment is completed.
- A confirmation email with your session link will be sent to the email address you provide.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 6 or more hours before the session: full credit to your account.
- Cancellations made within 6 hours of the session: 50% refund.
- No-shows without prior notice: no refund.
- If Sunno cancels or is unable to conduct the session: full refund within 5 to 7 business days.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
To cancel or reschedule, email sunno.officialbusiness@gmail.com at least 6 hours before your session.
6. Session Conduct
We ask that all users engage respectfully during sessions. Sunno reserves the right to terminate a session immediately and without refund if a user:
- Is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward the listener
- Makes sexual or inappropriate remarks
- Attempts to solicit personal contact information from the listener
- Uses the session for any illegal purpose
7. Confidentiality
Your listener will keep all session content strictly confidential. Sessions are not recorded without your explicit prior consent.
The only exception is where disclosure is required by Indian law to prevent imminent, serious harm to you or others.
8. Referral Programme
- Every customer receives a unique referral code upon their first booking.
- When a referred person completes their first booking using your code, you earn 50 reward points.
- 500 reward points entitle you to one free 45-minute session and Rs.500 cashback.
- Reward points have no cash value outside of this programme and cannot be transferred.
- Sunno reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time with 30 days notice.
- Fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of all points and account suspension.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including design, text, graphics, and branding is the property of Sunno and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sunno provides a listening service only. We are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by users as a result of their sessions. By using Sunno, you accept full responsibility for how you use the service and its outcomes in your life.
Sunno's total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the session in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Sunno after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
